When the doors closed on MRO Europe 2025 at ExCeL London on 16 October, it marked a compelling chapter for the aviation industry, and a successful moment for us here at ConRo Electronics. As a specialist distributor of consumables, chemicals and tools for manufacturing and electronics industries, we were thrilled to connect with maintenance professionals, OEMs and procurement teams to show how our solutions help make aviation safer, more efficient and more reliable.

Highlights from MRO Europe 2025

MRO Europe remains one of the most important gatherings for the aviation aftermarket, attracting thousands of visitors from across the aviation industry. In 2025 the event set new records: over 11,000 attendees, 630 exhibitors, and representation from 90 countries. The halls buzzed with discussion around cutting-edge materials, regulatory compliance, quality traceability and innovative maintenance processes. For ConRo, participating meant not just displaying products, but demonstrating our expertise, solving real maintenance challenges and forging stronger supply-chain relationships.

What We Showcased at Our Stand

At our stand (Booth #938), we showcased a broad suite of specialist consumables:

  • Aerospace-certified adhesives, sealants and coatings, all with full batch traceability
  • Industrial cleaners and tapes suited for complex repair operations
  • Solder, lubricants and related materials, reliable in harsh operating conditions

One of the most popular topics was how our AS9120/ISO 9001–certified supply chain (combined with same-day dispatch, AOG and line-stop support) helps minimise aircraft downtime. Many visitors told us that in aviation maintenance, having that kind of traceability plus rapid delivery can make all the difference.

How ConRo Supports the Aviation Industry in Practice

At MRO Europe 2025, ConRo took the opportunity to show how our products and know-how can make life easier for aviation maintenance teams. We support the aviation industry by offering a vast catalogue of over 20,000 products from more than 200 trusted brands, meeting a wide range of MRO requirements. Our logistics services ensure that even the most complex needs are met, from handling dangerous goods and temperature-sensitive materials to responding swiftly in aircraft on ground (AOG) situations. This combination of deep product range, rigorous traceability and agile logistics resonated strongly with many of our aviation-sector visitors.

Take-Homes and Learnings

Throughout the three days of the event, we saw several important themes emerge that illustrate how the aviation industry is evolving, and where ConRo truly adds value:

  • A growing demand for stricter quality assurance: maintenance teams are increasingly looking for full batch traceability and supply-chain certifications.
  • The importance of supply chain optimisation: in MRO, even small delays can be very costly, so our capacity to dispatch quickly made for a compelling proposition.
  • The shift towards more sustainable and efficient materials: more attendees asked about low-VOC cleaners, greener adhesives and long-lasting coatings.

We left London energised and inspired by the conversations we had and the challenges the aviation industry is tackling.

Conclusion

MRO Europe 2025 was a resounding success for ConRo Electronics. We made valuable new connections, reinforced our reputation as a reliable provider of aviation-grade consumables, and explored evolving maintenance-industry trends.
