Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of upcoming adjustments to the pricing of HumiSeal products, which have been announced by HumiSeal. This decision has been driven by ongoing increases in labour costs and selective raw material price hikes.

As HumiSeal's Authorised Distributor, we are implementing these changes in line with their updated pricing structure to ensure the continued quality, availability, and service you expect from us.

The pricing structure for HumiSeal products with change as follows:

• Individual quantities and first price breaks will see a 10% increase. For example:
  
  - 1 Litre Containers – Purchasing 1 – 11
  - 5 Litre Containers – Purchasing 1 – 3
  - Aerosols – Purchasing 1 - 23

• Following price breaks, which reflect larger order volumes, will see a 4% increase. For example:

  - 1 Litre Containers – Purchasing 12+
  - 5 Litre Containers – Purchasing 4+
  - Aerosols – Purchasing 24+

These pricing adjustments will come into effect for orders placed on or after 15th December 2024. Orders placed prior to this date for delivery before 31st January 2025 will be processed at the current pricing.

Please note that while we are implementing these increases on behalf of HumiSeal, price adjustments may not be limited to the percentages above. Some products or categories may experience changes outside of these rates due to varying cost factors.

All updated pricing and price breaks will be available for viewing on our website from 15th December 2024.

We understand that price increases can be challenging, and we assure you that this decision was not taken lightly by HumiSeal. These adjustments are necessary to maintain the high standards and reliability of the products and services you rely on.
