How to use Loctite ABLESTIK 84-3:

1. Place Loctite ABLESTIK 84-3 syringes on dispensing equipment immediately after thawing. Avoid entrapment of contaminants or air into the adhesive.
2. Apply enough adhesive to achieve a 25 to 50 µm wet bondline thickness, dispensed with approximately 25 to 50% filleting on all sides of the die.
3. Adhesive must be completely used within the product's recommended work life.

Storage

Store Loctite ABLESTIK 84-3 in the unopened container in a dry location. Optimal storage: -40°C. Storage below or greater than -40° C can adversely affect product properties.

Allow container to reach room temperature before use. Do not re-freeze after thawing.
