Loctite Hysol EA 0151 Thixotropic Epoxy Adhesive (2 part) - 3.03 OZ Tube

Loctite Hysol EA 0151 is a general purpose, ultra-clear epoxy adhesive designed for reliable structural bonding across a wide range of applications. This two-part adhesive is particularly suited for bonding glass, metals, circuit boards, fibre optics, and many plastics. Thanks to its thixotropic properties, Loctite Hysol EA 0151 resists sagging and flow, allowing it to be applied accurately to vertical and irregular surfaces.

With an extended work life of approximately 50 minutes, Loctite Hysol EA 0151 provides ample adjustment time before curing. Handling strength is achieved in 6-8 hours at room temperature, with full cure reached in three days. After 24 hours, around 90% of its final strength is already developed. Heat curing options are also available for faster turnaround.

How to use Loctite Hysol EA 0151 Thixotropic Epoxy Adhesive:

1. Clean and dry bonding surfaces before application.
2. Combine resin and hardener in the correct ratio. Mix until colour and consistency are uniform.
3. Apply adhesive to one of the bonding surfaces, or to both for maximum bonding strength.
4. Keep the assembled parts from moving until the adhesive has developed handling strength.

Storage

Store Loctite Hysol EA 0151 Thixotropic Epoxy Adhesive in the unopened container in a dry location. Optimal Storage: 8°C to 21°C. Storage below 8°C or greater than 28°C can adversely affect product properties.
