BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 1500P

Bergquist HI FLOW THF 1500P is an electrically insulating, thermally conductive phase-change material engineered for applications requiring reliable electrical isolation combined with efficient thermal management.

The material incorporates a polyimide film reinforcement that provides high dielectric strength and excellent cut-through resistance, making it ideal for use between high-power electrical devices and their heat sinks. At elevated temperatures, the phase-change behaviour allows the material to soften and wet out mating surfaces, reducing contact resistance and improving heat transfer.

THF 1500P is designed for high-temperature reliability, with an operating range from -40 °C to 150 °C. Its consistent construction ensures repeatable thermal performance while maintaining electrical insulation, making it well suited to demanding power electronics and industrial applications.
