BERGQUIST GAP FILLER TGF 3600 is a 3.6 W/m·K thermally conductive, ultra-conforming,silicone-based, two-part liquid gap filler designed for high-performance thermal managementin sensitive electronic assemblies.

Thermal conductivity: 3.6 W/m·K
Ultra-high thermal performance with superior softness
Low modulus formulation helps relieve CTE stresses during thermal cycling
Provides excellent vertical gap stability
Suitable for fragile and low-stress applications across multiple sectors

The material cures at room temperature, with the option to accelerate the cure rate using heat.
