Bergquist GAP PAD TGP 1350 is a pre-cured, silicone-based thermally conductive gap pad developed for aerospace, aviation, defence, MRO, and OEM applications requiring compliant thermal management and mechanical durability.

The material is reinforced with a PEN film, which improves resistance to puncture and tear while also allowing rework during maintenance or servicing operations. This construction enhances durability without compromising flexibility.

With a thermal conductivity of 1.3 W/m·K, Bergquist GAP PAD TGP 1350 provides dependable heat transfer for low-stress interface applications. The material is easily compressible (Shore OO 30), making it highly conformable and well suited for the assembly of fragile or delicate components.

The pad offers high durability and is compliant with UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements, supporting use in performance-critical aerospace and aviation assemblies.
