Bergquist GAP PAD TGP 1500 is a silicone-based, thermally conductive gap pad developed for aerospace, aviation, defence, MRO, and OEM applications requiring compliant thermal management and electrical isolation.

The unreinforced construction provides additional compliancy, enabling the material to adapt effectively to mating surface irregularities and assemblies with varying stack-up tolerances. Its low hardness and low modulus characteristics support optimal thermal interface performance while maintaining ease of handling during installation.

With a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/m·K, Bergquist GAP PAD TGP 1500 delivers reliable heat transfer in low-stress applications. The material is electrically isolating and compliant with UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements.

The pad is reworkable, supporting maintenance and servicing operations where controlled removal and replacement are required.
