BERGQUIST GAP PAD TGP 7000ULM

Bergquist GAP PAD TGP 7000ULM is an extremely soft, high-performance silicone thermal interface material (TIM) designed to deliver reliable heat transfer in aerospace, aviation, defence, MRO, and OEM applications where low contact pressure is critical.

With a thermal conductivity of 7.0 W/m·K, this gap pad provides exceptional thermal performance even at low assembly pressures. Its ultra-low modulus and high compliance enable it to conform effectively to uneven, rough, or irregular mating surfaces, ensuring consistent wet-out and efficient heat dissipation across bonded interfaces.

The material is formulated for use across a wide operating temperature range of -60°C to +200°C, making it suitable for demanding aircraft and defence environments. Protective liners on both sides support ease of handling during installation while maintaining material integrity.

Bergquist GAP PAD TGP 7000ULM is UL 94 V-0 rated and engineered for applications where reliable thermal management, dimensional stability, and long-term performance are essential in regulated aerospace maintenance and manufacturing environments.
