BERGQUIST BOND PLY TBP 850 is fiberglass-reinforced pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Henkel offers three standard thicknesses for BERGQUIST BOND PLY TBP 850, allowing each application to be optimized in three dimensions.

Thermal impedance 0.52°C-in2/W (@50 psi)
Double-sided, pressure sensitive adhesive tape
High bond strength to a variety of surfaces
High-performance, thermally conductive acrylic adhesive
