Loctite 384 is a one-component, acrylic-based, thermally conductive adhesive paste designed for bonding heat-generating components to heat sinks.

Product Information

Loctite 384 is a thermally conductive adhesive designed for bonding heat-generating components to heat sinks. This product is acrylic-based and one-component, requiring no mixing. Loctite 384 offers high thermal conductivity, making it an ideal choice for applications where dissipating heat is critical. Whether you're bonding transformers, transistors, or other heat-generating electronic components to printed circuit board assemblies or heat sinks, this adhesive system delivers reliability and durability.

Designed with versatility in mind, Loctite 384 provides medium strength adhesion, ensuring that your electronic components remain securely bonded while providing flexibility for maintenance when needed. Please note that Loctite 384 is optimally suited for high pot scenarios, with a recommended maximum of 500 volts.
