Loctite Output kit combines Loctite 315 adhesive and Loctite 7386 activator into a highly effective solution for bonding heat-generating electronic components to heat sinks or printed circuit boards. This two-part system ensures strong structural bonding while enabling efficient thermal management. With excellent resistance to environmental stress, Loctite 315 provides reliable long-term performance in challenging conditions.

Loctite 315 is a high-viscosity, thixotropic, thermally conductive adhesive that delivers both durability and stability. Its self-shimming property automatically creates a uniform bond line of 5-6 mil, ensuring consistent spacing between components and heat sinks. This controlled gap guarantees electrical insulation while maintaining optimal heat transfer, making it ideal for protecting thermally sensitive devices.

To activate the curing process, the kit includes Loctite 7386, a solvent-based activator designed specifically for use with Loctite acrylic adhesives. Together, the adhesive and activator form a robust bonding solution for applications such as securing transformers, transistors, and other heat-generating components to PCBs and heat sinks.

Optimal Storage: 2°C to 8°C (Loctite 315); 8°C to 21°C (Loctite 7386).
