BONDERITE® C-AK 5948-DPM AERO (also known as TURCO 5948 DPM) is a highly concentrated, water-based alkaline cleaner engineered for both painted and unpainted aircraft exteriors and interiors. It is formulated to be used by spray or in immersion/dip tanks, providing versatility for hangar, maintenance, and overhaul applications.

Designed for safety and performance, this formula is non-flammable and free from harsh staining or streaking, particularly on aluminium. It dissolves readily in water, remains stable in mixtures, and rinses off cleanly—leaving no residue. Ideal for use on all aircraft metals and well-bonded paints.

Typical uses include removal of grease, oil, carbon and exhaust deposits, especially in challenging areas such as landing gear, wheel wells, flaps, or engine components. The product is compatible with standard aircraft cleaning protocols and meets aerospace requirements for heavy-duty cleaners.
