Product Information
BONDERITE C-NE 90200 is a neutral industrial rust and scale remover designed for immersion and spray processes on a wide variety of materials including ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is especially suitable for the removal of residues resulting from deburring processes or laser cutting.
- Neutral pickling liquid
- Removes flash rust, discolouration after welding, corrosion, oxides and scale
- Degreasing and pickling in one stage possible (with surfactant)
- Suitable substrates include carbon steel, hot dip galvanized steel and aluminium
- Longer bath life: - oxide & flash rust removal: from 1 month to 6 months - laser oxide removal from 2 weeks to 4 months
- Titration is possible, allowing easy bath monitoring
- Uniform surface finishing even after line stops
- Improved bath stability
- Low Health & Safety impact
- Suitable as a pretreatment for HENKEL's new generation coating technologies (e.g. BONDERITE M-NT 1, BONDERITE M-NT 1200)
- Cost reduction: significantly lower responsibility cost than the previous version
