Designed for compatibility with other acrylic Humiseal conformal coatingproducts, it provides an additional barrier against moisture, contamination,and mechanical stress.

This advanced acrylic gel offers exceptionalmoisture resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance, enablinglong-term reliability even in demanding operational environments. Its UVfluorescence supports rapid inspection during production and maintenanceprocesses. Humiseal Acrylic Gel is free from ozone-depleting solvents and fullycompliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.

For optimal results, surfaces must be thoroughlycleaned and dried before application. A clean substrate maximises adhesion andensures the highest long-term reliability of any electronic assembly utilisingthis acrylic gel. The product becomes tack-free within 10 minutes and cures inthree hours at 80°C, reaching full properties after seven days.

Storage

Store Humiseal Acrylic Gel Conformal Coating in a cool dry place. Store inthe original unopened container at 0-35°C for maximum shelf life. Prior to use,keep the product at room temperature (18-32°C) for 24 hours.
