Humiseal TS300 is a temporary masking compound developed to protect sensitive areas of a printed circuit board during the conformal coating process. Designed for professional electronics manufacturing environments, this Humiseal product ensures precise masking of connectors, contact points and components where coating is not required, helping to maintain electrical integrity and assembly reliability. The material is engineered to withstand limited exposure to temperatures of up to 260°C.

Humiseal TS300 is a non-flammable masking material, is free from ammonia and will not inhibit the thermal cure of silicone coatings, making it fully compatible with modern conformal coating process requirements. Once applied, Humiseal TS300 cures quickly (one hour at room temperature / 30 minutes at 66°C / 20 minutes at 82°C ) and changes colour from pink to a translucent red, providing a clear visual indication that the mask is ready for coating operations.

Application is straightforward and flexible: Humiseal TS300 can be applied by applicator bottle, automated dispensing equipment or brushing, allowing it to integrate easily into both manual and automated workflows involving printed circuit board assemblies. After coating, the mask can be cleanly removed by simple peeling.

Storage

Store Humiseal TS300 Tempseal Masking in the original unopened container, away from excessive heat or cold. Shelf life of the product is 12 months if properly stored.
