HumiSeal UV92 UV Curable Masking Gel is a single-component, high-viscosity UV-curable gel designed to protect specific areas of printed circuit boards during conformal coating and wave soldering processes. It can be easily applied, cures rapidly under UV light, and forms a flexible, peelable mask that can be cleanly removed without residue. The gel is VOC-free, solvent-free, and fluoresces under UV light for accurate application inspection. Recognized under UL File Number E105698 and compliant with EU RoHS Directive 2015/863 and China RoHS 2, HumiSeal UV92 is ideal for use in high-reliability sectors such as aerospace, defense, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
