HumiSeal UV40 Syringe Conformal Coating is a single-component, high-solids elastomeric acrylate coating supplied in a syringe format, designed to provide precision protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Its syringe delivery allows for accurate dispensing on localized areas, making it ideal for detailed work, repairs, and low-volume production. The coating cures rapidly under UV light to increase throughput and includes a secondary moisture-cure mechanism to fully cure shadowed areas not directly exposed to UV. It contains no VOCs or solvents, offers superior flexibility compared to conventional UV systems, and fluoresces under UV light to simplify inspection. Recognized under UL File Number E105698 and compliant with EU RoHS Directive 2015/863 and China RoHS 2, HumiSeal UV40 Syringe is suitable for use in aerospace, defense, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
