HumiSeal UV40HV UV Curable Conformal Coating is a single-component, high-viscosity, high-solids elastomeric acrylate coating engineered to provide superior protection for printed circuit boards operating in harsh environments. Its higher viscosity formulation is ideal for applications requiring thicker film builds and enhanced coverage. The coating cures rapidly under UV light for efficient production and includes a secondary moisture-cure mechanism to fully cure shadowed areas not directly exposed to UV. It contains no VOCs or solvents, offers greater flexibility than conventional UV systems, and fluoresces under UV light to facilitate inspection. Recognized under UL File Number E105698 and compliant with EU RoHS Directive 2015/863 and China RoHS 2, HumiSeal UV40HV is well suited for high-reliability applications in aerospace, defense, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
