Product Information
The LOCTITE High Precision In-Flow Monitor amplifies a pressure signal from a dispense valve and relays it to the controller to be compared against preset dispensing tolerances. An error alarm will be sent by the controller when dispense events deviate by more than the pre-set tolerance. This high precision dispense monitoring system will not allow another dispense cycle to occur until the error is cleared by an operator or external control source. The system can be used as an independent, operator-controlled work station or an interface to an external PLC. Included in the Box: (1) In-line Monitor, (1) 4-Pin Connection Cord to Controller, (1) Operating Manual.
- Effective dispense monitoring to detect air bubbles, clogged or broken needles, needle- substrate contact, and changes in the amount of adhesive dispensed
- Three (3) pre-set dispense tolerances that are selectable on the Controller
- Dispense tolerances can be customized from 1% to 99%
- PLC or PC integration is possible to provide SPC data analysis
