The LOCTITE Compact Micro Rotor Pump Dispenser 1.0 is a volumetric dispenser that is a rotating displacement system and consists of a rotor and stator. This Rotor Pump requires the LOCTITE RC15 Rotor Pump Controller, item #1880232 (sold separately), to form a complete dispensing system. NOTE: Not for dispensing cyanoacrylates.
- Specifically designed for volumetric dispensing of dots and beads of LOCTITE® light cure and anaerobic adhesives
- Capable of dispensing low to high viscosity adhesives
- Easy integration with LOCTITE reservoirs and controllers
- Reversible direction of flow (suck-back) prevents dripping and can provide a clean cut of dispensed adhesive
- Included in the Box: (1) Compact Micro Rotor Pump Dispenser 1.0 with a stator and a drive unit; (1) mounting tool; (1) feed line OD 6 mm, length 2 m; (1) operating manual
- Multiple pump sizes available, dependent on flow rate requirements
- Volumetric device - allows controlled flow rate
- Viscosity limit is up to 100,000 mPas
- Integrated luer lock adapter with O-ring (patented) ensures sealing in reverse flow
