BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 1600P is a thermally conductive phase change material with a transition temperature of 55°C. It is coated with a thermally conductive polyimide film that provides excellent dielectric strength, cut-through resistance, and superior thermal performance. The 55°C phase change temperature minimizes issues caused by shipping and handling, while the easy-release liner ensures efficient processing in high-volume assembly environments.
This material is ideally suited for use as a thermal interface between electronic power devices that require electrical isolation from the heat sink. It offers outstanding thermal conductivity, mechanical durability, and electrical insulation, making it a reliable solution for demanding electronic applications.
