DOWSIL 3140 RTV Clear Silicone Adhesive Coating MIL-A-46146B Clear is a one-part, room temperature curing silicone adhesive coating developed for aerospace, defence, OEM, and MRO electronics requiring protective sealing and environmental resistance. Designed to meet MIL-A-46146B requirements, this translucent system combines adhesion, flexibility, and flame resistance in a flowable RTV formulation.

The material offers good flow characteristics for thin section encapsulation and surface coating, making it suitable for protection of rigid and flexible circuit boards, solder joints, and corrosion-sensitive electronic components.
