Humiseal Conformal Coating Masking Dots

Humiseal Conformal Coating Masking Dots are polyester dots coated with a silicone-free thermosetting rubber adhesive. These dots are used for PCB protection during the conformal coating process. Designed to conform seamlessly to the PCB surface, Humiseal Masking Dots create a reliable barrier, preventing any unwanted leakage during coating. The absence of silicone eliminates the risk of de-wetting around the masked areas.

With no adhesive residue left behind, Humiseal Masking Dots facilitate a clean and hassle-free removal post-coating. For optimal results, it's recommended to remove them when the conformal coating reaches its tack-free point. Humiseal Masking Dots are ideal for use in environments where coatings are cured at room temperature.

Each roll of product is available in two convenient options: 10,000 masking dots per roll in standard diameters of 5mm, 7mm, and 10mm, or 5,000 masking dots per roll in standard diameters of 12mm, 16mm, and 19mm. Humiseal Masking Dots are supplied on a split transparent polyester liner for easy removal.

Storage

Store Humiseal Conformal Coating Masking Dots away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Optimal storage: 18° C to 25° C. Shelf life of the product is 24 months. Do not stack rolls and avoid direct pressure on the masking dots. When not in use, store rolls in a sealed plastic bag.
