The LOCTITE RB40 500 D-Series Dispensing Robot has a 500 x 500 x 100mm range of operation (X,Y,Z) and has features and accessories that are custom tailored for adhesive dispensing processes. This low-cost benchtop robot has 3-axis control and 120 VAC or 220 VAC operation with a 24 VDC output signal. The Teach Pendant (item #2268727), dispensing equipment, cables and mounting hardware must be purchased separately. Programming software (item #2148218) is available for this robot, sold separately. Please contact our Equipment Technical Information department for assistance in selecting and purchasing integration equipment and accessories. Please refer to the product data sheet for more detailed technical specifications and additional information on robot accessories. This unit is fully compliant with RIA (Robotics Industry Association) safety guidelines. Each robot has an integral I/O connector (sold separately) for external Light Curtain or external E-stop integration.

- Independent dispense on/off purge control button allows purging of adhesive to prevent curing or for aiding initial set-up
- Software utility program compensates for positional offsets when dispensing needle tips or barrels are changed
- Easy to program via Teach Pendant and stores up to 100 programs
- Over-speed error indicator prevents the robot from traveling too fast during program execution
- Brush area function command allows the tip to "paint" a specifically designed area
- Auto-switching power supply 95-132 VAC or 180-250 VAC
- RoHS and RIA compliant
