Ambersil Bright Cold Galvanise is an anti-corrosion spray product that combines barrier protection for ferrous metal surfaces with the bright look of galvanised parts. Made from a combination of zinc powders, resins and additives, the spray forms a high-performance zinc-rich coating that protects surfaces from corrosion. In addition, it provides a shiny, glossy appearance. Ambersil Bright Cold Galvanise is ideal for use on recently hot-dip galvanised parts.Ambersil Bright Cold Galvanise offers an outstanding combination of hardness and flexibility. It adheres to metal surfaces, protects them from rust and corrosion and resists peeling and fading. The product is also lead- and chromate-free and contains no chlorinated solvents. Ambersil Bright Cold Galvanise is suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

How to use Ambersil Bright Cold Galvanise:

1. Shake aerosol can before and during use.
2. Apply Ambersil Cold Galvanise Spray in light, even coats.
3. The product dries in 30 minutes. Do not handle parts until 4 hours have passed. Full curing time is about 7 days at room temperature.

 

Storage

Store Ambersil Bright Cold Galvanise in the unopened container in a dry location. Preferably store at room temperature. In any case, store under 50°C and away from direct heat and open flame. Shelf life of the product is no less than 4 years if properly stored.This product is categorised as HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and must be stored in compliance with relevant regulations.
