LOCTITE SF 7505

Loctite SF 7505 is a fast drying, aqueous-based, synthetic latex coating that is applied to rusted metal substrates to stop corrosion, protect the surface and act as a primer for the finishing coat. How to use Loctite SF 7505:

1. Make sure all surfaces are free of dirt, oil, release agents and other contaminants before applying Loctite SF 7505. Sanding is not required.
2. Apply liberally by brush, roller or sponge. Airless spray application is recommended for larger areas.
3. Double coating recommended for maximum durability. Apply second coating within 60 minutes of the first.
4. Allow a minimum of 24 hours for Loctite SF 7505 to fully dry before applying paint.
5. Once dried, the product can only be removed with strong solvents like paint remover. Mechanical abrasion may be necessary.

Storage

Store Loctite SF 7505 in the unopened container in a dry location. Optimal Storage: 8° C to 21° C. Storage below 8° C or greater than 28° C can adversely affect product properties.
