Ambersil Dry PTFE Lube FG is a multipurpose, dry film PTFE lubricant, specially designed for use in the food processing industries. This product creates a clean, dry film that boasts outstanding anti-stick properties, minimal dust and dirt adherence, and remarkable resistance to water, oils, and solvents. Ambersil Dry PTFE Lube FG is particularly well-suited for low-load and low-speed applications. It forms a dry, non-toxic, and colourless film for the light lubrication of various components, such as chutes, slides, and pins.
Ambersil Dry PTFE Lube FG is an NSF H1 registered product, making it suitable for use where incidental food contact may occur. With its wide operating temperature range (-100°C to 200°C), this lubricant is effective even in the most challenging applications. By reducing friction and preventing sticking, Ambersil Dry PTFE Lube FG ensures the smooth functioning of equipment, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.

How to use Ambersil Dry PTFE Lube FG:
- Make the sure the parts to be lubricated are clean and dry.
- Apply a light, even coating of Ambersil Dry PTFE Lube FG from 15-25 cm.
- Re-apply if necessary.
- If sprayed onto hot surfaces or if the coating is heated, make sure work area is ventilated and avoid inhalation of fumes.
Storage
Store Ambersil Dry PTFE Lube FG in the unopened container in a dry location. Preferably store at room temperature. In any case, store under 50°C and away from direct heat and open flame. Shelf life of the product is no less than 6 years if properly stored.This product is categorised as EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE and must be stored in compliance with relevant regulations.Delivery Information
