BERGQUIST TGR 4000 is a high-conductivity thermal grease engineered for aerospace, aviation, defence, OEM, and MRO applications requiring exceptionally efficient heat transfer and stable long-term performance. Formulated to flow under assembly pressure, the material wets out the thermal interface surface to minimise thermal impedance—delivering superior cooling efficiency in high-power systems.

With a thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/m-K and exceptional thermal performance of 0.19°C/W at 50 psi, TGR 4000 is optimised for applications where copper heat sinks or high-pressure clamping systems are used. The compound will not drip, ensuring clean and reliable integration into mission-critical avionics, power modules, and control assemblies where robust thermal management is required.
