Ambersil Machine Oil FG Lubricant

Ambersil Machine Oil FG is a general purpose lubricant and penetrating oil. This product is based on a blend of highly refined white oils and has been specially developed for use in the food and beverage industry. Ambersil Machine Oil penetrates deep, rapidly freeing parts and fasteners from dirt, rust, corrosion or incrustations. It is effective as a general purpose lubricating product during equipment installation, and as a general wipe down lubricant. Its applications include bakery equipment, meat processing equipment, rollers, filters, chain drive belts and many more.

Ambersil Machine Oil is an NSF H1 registered product, making it suitable for use where incidental food contact may occur. It is safe for all metals, most plastics and even painted surfaces and wood. Ambersil Machine Oil not only lubricates components, but also creates an effective water-repellent film that prevents corrosion over a wide temperature range.

How to use Ambersil Machine Oil FG Lubricant:

1. Apply a light, even film.
2. Allow the product to penetrate.
3. Wipe off excess product with a cloth.
4. If necessary, non-drying film can be removed with Ambersil Amberklene FG Solvent.

Storage

Store Ambersil Machine Oil in the unopened container in a dry location. Preferably store at room temperature. In any case, store under 50°C and away from direct heat and open flame. Shelf life of the product is no less than 6 years if properly stored.This product is categorised as FLAMMABLE and must be stored in compliance with relevant regulations.
