Ambersil Penetrating Oil FG is a seized fastener lubricant specially developed for use in the food and beverage industry. Its high-performance formula penetrates deep into threads, swiftly freeing metal parts that are seized by dirt, rust, corrosion, or dried-up greasy deposits. By facilitating the quick disassembly of mechanical components, fittings, assemblies, nuts and bolts, Ambersil Penetrating Oil significantly reduces the scrap rate of seized parts. This, in turn, improves efficiency and productivity.

Ambersil Penetrating Oil is an NSF H1 registered product, making it suitable for use where incidental food contact may occur. It is safe for all metals and for most plastics and rubbers. Ambersil Penetrating Oil not only frees seized components rapidly, but also provides lubrication and protection against further corrosion. It penetrates deeply, leaving behind a specialised corrosion inhibiting lubricant that facilitates effortless re-assembly.

How to use Ambersil Penetrating Oil FG:

1. Apply onto the seized component from a distance of 15-25 cm.
2. Allow the product to penetrate.
3. Carefully disassemble seized fasteners.

Storage

Store Ambersil Penetrating Oil in the unopened container in a dry location. Preferably store at room temperature. In any case, store under 50°C and away from direct heat and open flame. Shelf life of the product is no less than 6 years if properly stored.
