The lubricant is NSF H1 registered (N˚139899) and forms a clean, dry film with effective anti-stick properties, low environmental dust/dirt adherence and good resistance to water, oils and solvents.
Applications
Forms a dry, non-toxic colourless film for the light lubrication of chutes, slides, pins etc. Particularly suitable in low load, low speed applications.
- Appearance: Colourless, opaque dry film
- Odour: Mild hydrocarbon solvent
- SG @ 20°C: 0.730
- Pressure @ 20°C: 3.5 bar
- Discharge rate @ 20°C: 1.0-1.2 g/sec
- Temperature range: Operational from -100°C to +200°C
- Solubility: Insoluble in water and most solvents
- Flammability: Classified as extremely flammable under current EC Regulations
- Flashpoint: Not applicable in sealed aerosol
