Non-Silicone Release agent for PVC
Formula 4 is a non-silicone mould release agent. It is based on ‘edible’ vegetable oils and has been formulated for the release of PVC, Polyurethane Elastomers and many other types of polymers.
Ideal for the release of moulded shoe soles.
- A wet film mould release that imparts a gloss finish to moulded parts
- Will not interfere with post moulding operations
- Does not build up in the mould
- Operational temperature to +200°C
- Passes crib source 5, Furniture & Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988
