BERGQUIST LIQUI FORM TLF 3800LVO is highly conductive, thermal interface gel material that is pre-cured and requires no-curing, mixing or refrigeration. The unique formula offers excellent chemical and mechanical stability and low volatility for silicone sensitive applications. This thixotropic material has a natural tack that forms around sensitive components and ensures it stays in place after application.
