It is ideally suited for attaching solder-coated or Sn coated solar ribbons to photovoltaic solar cells to reduce warpage, increase both yield and throughput and improve module reliability. Low and stable contact resistance is achieved on substrates containing Sn and SnPb during reliability testing.
