TCP-BLP1 – TCP Rework Cartridge, Tweezer, Blade, 1.0 mm (0.039″)
Precision Tweezer Cartridge used with the MFR Single and Dual Platforms (MFR-1100 and MFR-2200) with the MFR-H4-TW Tweezer Hand-piece. Removes even the smallest of discrete components, such as 0201 packages. Second digit denotes substrate material (damage tolerance). C = Ceramic for high thermal demand applications.
