TEROSON EP 1401 is a rigid-setting, slightly expanding, structural epoxy foam used in vehicle construction/repair for increasing the load bearing capacity of assemblies – improving vibration behavior. Can be sandwiched between two panels to achieve material cost saving and weight reduction; or applied with spatula on to the inside of a plane surface with a fibreglass mesh layer to finish.
- Can be drilled and tapped
- Strengthening or stiffening hollow components or inside of panels without adding weight
- Increases the strength and crash resistance of body cavities, pillars and panels, without adding excess weight
