Teroson RB 4100 - 310ML Cartridge

Teroson RB 4100 is a butyl rubber-based sealant paste with a low solvent content, engineered for sealing windscreens, side windows, and rear windows on vehicles with rubber-mounted screens. Its versatile application extends to sealing metal overlaps, decorative mouldings, and battery boxes on car bodywork, providing a comprehensive solution for various automotive sealing needs. Teroson RB 4100 can be easily dispensed from cartridges using any professional dispensing tool equipped with a piston.

Teroson RB 4100 can be applied between the rubber moulding, window frame, and glass, even on wet surfaces and gaps. After application, any excess material can be easily dabbed off from glass and paintwork. Once the solvents have evaporated, the material remains permanently plastic, ensuring a robust and long-lasting seal, even under challenging environmental conditions.

How to use Teroson RB 4100 Vehicle Window Sealant:

1. Apply Teroson RB 4100 from nozzle cartridges using piston-equipped dispensing tools such as Teroson ET Staku Hand Gun.
2. For best results, the surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free from contaminants.
3. Apply the sealant until all cavities are completely filled. The rubber moulding must be in full contact with the bodywork and glass.
4. Remove any excess material with a wooden spatula.

Storage

Store Teroson RB 4100 Vehicle Window Sealant in the unopened container in a dry location. Store at room temperature. Shelf life of the product is no less than 12 months in the original packaging.
