PPG PR1440 B-1/2 is a high-performance, low-density fuel tank sealant engineered for aerospace manufacturing and maintenance.It provides exceptional resistance to aviation fuels, hydraulic fluids, and lubricants, ensuring reliable long-term sealing of integral fuel tanks and fuselage structures.The product’s smooth, non-sag paste consistency allows easy application on vertical and overhead surfaces, while its fast cure time reduces downtime in production or MRO environments.PR1440 B-1/2 maintains excellent flexibility across wide temperature ranges and offers superb adhesion to aluminium, titanium, stainless steel, and other common aircraft substrates.
