Heraeus F 917 SN63-90 A 30 SP solder paste is a precision-formulated Sn63/Pb37 eutectic alloy designed for high-reliability electronic and aerospace soldering applications. It delivers excellent print definition, consistent deposit volume, and stable performance in fine-pitch surface mount processes.
Engineered for controlled slump and minimal residue, the flux system in F 917 ensures excellent wetting, clean solder joints, and reliable electrical performance after reflow. It supports both automated and manual soldering processes, maintaining uniform viscosity and smooth printing characteristics throughout production.
