Humiseal 1B31HS Acrylic - 1 LITRE Container

HumiSeal®1B31HS is a high viscosity and high solid content version of HumiSeal®1B31. HumiSeal®1B31HS is anacrylic coating demonstrates excellent flexibility, fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection and is easilyrepaired. HumiSeal®1B31HS coating is RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC compliant.

Cleanliness of the substrate is extremely important to the successful application of a conformal coating. Surfacesshould be free of moisture, dirt, wax, grease and all other contaminants. Otherwise, ionic or organic residues on thesubstrate could be trapped under the coating and cause problems with adhesion or electrical properties. Thehighest long term reliability for a coated printed circuit assembly will be when the conformal coating is applied overa clean, dry substrate. The application of conformal coatings over no clean flux is a common practice. The usershould perform adequate testing to confirm compatibility between the conformal coating and their particularassembly materials and process conditions.

BrushingHumiSeal®1B31HS may be brushed with an optional, but recommended, small addition of HumiSeal®Thinner503. Uniformity of the film depends on component density and operator's technique.StorageHumiSeal®1B31HS should be stored away from excessive heat or cold, in tightly closed containers. HumiSeal®products may be stored at temperatures of 0 to 35°C. Prior to use, allow the product to equilibrate for 24 hours ata room temperature of 18 to 32°C.
