The LOCTITE LED Line Array Controller provides electrical power at a controlled constant current to the LED Line Array Light Sources through the connecting cable.
The Controller has indicator lights on the front panel that provide visual confirmation that the LED Light Sources are within or out of their acceptable range. In the rare event of a temperature fault, the Controller will automatically shut down to protect the LED Line Array. Upon the start of the cure cycle, light from the LED Line Array is immediately irradiated at or near maximum intensity. The curing process begins when the adhesive is placed under the LED Line Array. The two variables that control the curing process are the exposure time and intensity of light (irradiance). Up to 4 LED heads can be connected to one controller and operated via a footswitch or PLC connection. The controller is operated by the start button on the front panel, but an optional footswitch, item # 97201 can be used. The LED Line Array System requires three (3) individual components and each must be purchased separately: LED Line Array 365 nm Light Source, item # 1449337 OR LED Line Array 405 nm Light Source, item # 1449336 LED Line Array Controller, item # 1447728 Connection Cable, item # 1483245.
