TEROSON EP 1401 is a rigid-setting, slightly expanding, structural epoxy foam used in vehicle construction/repair for increasing the load-bearing capacity of assemblies - improving vibration behaviour.
Can be sandwiched between two panels to achieve material cost saving and weight reduction; or applied with spatula on to the inside of a plane surface with a fibreglass mesh layer to finish.
Can be drilled and tapped
Strengthening or stiffening hollow components or inside of panels without adding weight
Increases the strength and crash resistance of body cavities, pillars and panels, without adding excess weight
