HumiSeal UV40HV UV Curable Conformal Coating is a single-component, high-viscosity, high-solids elastomeric acrylate coating engineered to provide superior protection for printed circuit boards operating in harsh environments. Its higher viscosity formulation is ideal for applications requiring thicker film builds and enhanced coverage. The coating cures rapidly under UV light for efficient production and includes a secondary moisture-cure mechanism to fully cure shadowed areas not directly exposed to UV. It contains no VOCs or solvents, offers greater flexibility than conventional UV systems, and fluoresces under UV light to facilitate inspection.
