Body fillers can be categorised into three distinct classifications: Standard, Medium and Premium.
- Standard body fillers: These fillers are perfect for minor repairs and surface imperfections. They usually come in the form of a lightweight substance or putty. Standard body fillers are easy to spread, offer excellent adhesion and can be sanded easily. Their properties guarantee a smooth and uniform surface finish. However, they are not very resistant to staining.
- Medium body fillers: These fillers provide enhanced durability and strength, which makes them perfect to repair dents, scratches and holes on metal and fibreglass surfaces. Medium body fillers offer increased tolerance to harsh environmental conditions and are more resistant to staining.
- Premium body fillers: Engineered for the most demanding industrial tasks, these fillers provide the best adhesion and durability. They are also the most stain-resistant and the easiest to sand down for a flawless finish. With their resistance to extreme temperatures and chemical exposure, premium body fillers are ideal for heavy-duty repairs and high-stress environments.
