LOCTITE TCP 4000 PM is a reworkable and repeatable thermal management material designed to be used between heat-generating devices and the mounting surface and applies with the ease of thermal grease. This product can be applied using a stencil, screen print, or manually and is supplied in cartridges. However, another packaging is available upon request.
