TECHNOMELT PA 6240 is a high performance thermoplastic hotmelt adhesive that offers good adhesion to a variety of substrates, including fabrics, leather, glass, metals, wood, ABS, and flexible vinyl. The application temperature range is from 225 to 240°C. Good wetting is required when bonding to a substrate with a thermal conductivity, it is therefore important that the product is not heated above the specified application temperature range. This product is manufactured from ingredients regulated under the FDA Code of Federal Regulations 175.105 (adhesives). Underwriter’s Laboratories recognizes this product as having a flammability rating of 94 V-2 for adhesives.
